Generally, the Audio Portal moderators would be the ones to approach about this.
Just writing a News Post about it will achieve nothing in 99% of cases. (Because, honestly: Why would it? "Writing a wish on a slip of paper and throwing it into the street" is not how humans communicate. If you want somebody specific to read what you have to say, then write them a PM.)
All of that aside: I don't think you even have to care about being banned on the Audio Portal if you're not an Audio Artist in the first place.
